Joy Of Pink! You helped Make Monumental Contributions!
In an incredible show of community spirit and generosity, KYKX 105.7’s recent breast cancer month campaign raised more than $1900 to support those fighting and surviving breast cancer. The effort was powered by four generous sponsors – Nelson Propane, Eagle Eye Firearms, Amazing Face Aesthetics, and Integrity Financial – each pledging to donate for every story of survival submitted to the station.
Listeners from across East Texas shared heartfelt and inspiring stories of courage, faith, and perseverance. Some of these stories were even read on the air, serving as powerful reminders of the strength that unites our community. Adding a special touch to the campaign, Pink Heels brought their signature pink firetruck to KYKX in Longview for a group photo that celebrated all who participated and supported this meaningful cause.
Representatives from each sponsoring business gathered to present a check to Tammy and Stephen Dinfeld symbolizing the collective effort and compassion that made this achievement possible. This campaign was more than just a fundraiser – it was a celebration of hope, unity, and The East Texas Community’s willingness to stand together for something that truly matters.
